Granite Peak Development, LLC, one of Wyoming’s largest developers of commercial real estate, has experienced considerable growth since 2004. 

Granite Peak, headquartered in Casper, Wyoming, was formed by Principals W.N. “Neil” McMurry and Rich Fairservis to create long term value by developing, constructing, owning, leasing, managing and selling commercial and residential properties.

Beginning with the Vista Hills Subdivision consisting of a 300 lot single family residential development in Bar Nunn, Wyoming, followed by the McMurry Business Park in east Casper, Granite Peak has developed more than 500,000 square feet of commercial and office space in the Park and two additional subdivisions consisting of 355 single family residential lots in the Casper area. Recently the Principals of Granite Peak acquired a 700 acre industrial rail park called Casper Transloading, “C Tran”. The park is serviced by Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad. An 8,500 foot rail siding was completed in August of 2008 allowing an entire train off of the main line. The Mesa is another recent project Granite Peak is developing. The Mesa is located in west Casper across from the new Super Wal-Mart. It is a 258 acre mixed use development consisting of a large apartment complex, the new CY Middle School and a retail and office component.
