Granite Peak Development, LLC, one of Wyoming’s largest developers of commercial real estate, has experienced considerable growth since 2004.
Granite Peak, headquartered in Casper, Wyoming, was formed by Principals W.N. “Neil” McMurry and Rich Fairservis to create long term value by developing, constructing, owning, leasing, managing and selling commercial and residential properties.
Beginning with the Vista Hills Subdivision consisting of a 300 lot single family residential development in Bar Nunn, Wyoming, followed by the McMurry Business Park in east Casper, Granite Peak has developed more than 500,000 square feet of commercial and office space in the Park and two additional subdivisions consisting of 355 single family residential lots in the Casper area. Recently the Principals of Granite Peak acquired a 700 acre industrial rail park called Casper Logistics Hub. The park is serviced by Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad. An 8,500 foot rail siding was completed in August of 2008 allowing an entire train off of the main line. The Mesa is another recent project Granite Peak is developing. The Mesa is located in west Casper across from the new Super Wal-Mart. It is a 258 acre mixed use development consisting of a large apartment complex, the new CY Middle School and a retail and office component.

The Cheyenne Logistics Hub at Swan Ranch Wyoming is a project that has been in the works for several years. The 7,200 acres along Interstate 25 and Interstate 80 is owned by the McMurry family, founders of the Jonah Field and well known contributors to the State of Wyoming. The McMurry family has teamed up with Granite Peak Development to begin work on the 1500 acre industrial component. The Cheyenne Logistics Hub at Swan Ranch Wyoming
The Cheyenne Logistics Hub at Swan Ranch Wyoming will consists of an industrial rail component and highway business. There will be access to two Class I rail lines and two major interstate highways. The industrial component will include a transloading facility with a third party provider. The logistic hub will partner with Bighorn Divide & Wyoming Railroad (“BDW”) to operate the facility
