Granite Peak Property Management provides comprehensive property management services for commercial, industrial and residential properties. The services provided include lease management, service management, tenant relations, cost estimates and revenue reconciliation. The primary goal of our property management division is to provide our tenants with properly maintained facilities in a cost effective manner.

  Cole Creek Industrial Rail Park is a 72 acre industrial rail park in Evansville, Wyoming. It is home to Poly Pipe Inc., a company that manufactures polyethylene pipe. Three lots have sold in the park and 10 lots are still available. They range in size from 1.22 acres to 6.36 acres. BNSF Railway borders the south lots and the Platte River borders the lots on the north side of the park. Two rail spurs are located in the park, and there is great access to and from U.S. Interstate 25 and State Highways. Lots can be combined.
